The COG's standing and ad hoc committees serve as forums to discuss and resolve COG issues.  The COG standing committees meet regularly, typically every month. Other Ad Hoc Committees are formed on an as-needed basis. Ad Hoc Committees in the past have formed to discuss a certain issue, such as a trauma care, growth visioning, and board officer nominations.  See the COG's Organizational Chart for a detailed overview of the COG's structure.
